Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center, led by CEO Hae-jung Lee, held the “Digital Healthcare and On-Device AI Seminar” on the 18th at the seminar room on the second floor of the Wonju Medical Device Comprehensive Support Center, with attendance from professionals in the digital healthcare and AI industries, related institutions, and corporate representatives.

The seminar was organized as part of Phase 2 of the Regional Innovation Cluster (non-R&D) program supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and was co-hosted with the Medical AI Semiconductor Specialist Training Project Group of Yonsei University Mirae Campus. The event aimed to review the latest trends in digital healthcare and on-device AI, and to present a vision for the future healthcare industry in connection with the Gangwon Medical Device Exhibition.

Participants had the opportunity to directly engage with cutting-edge technological trends and to network with industry experts. Presentations included “Digital Healthcare and Cloud Computing Technology (Centered on AWS Healthcare Services)” by Min-seong Cho, Director at Amazon Web Services; “Real-World Cases of Cloud-Based Real-Time Remote Monitoring Services” by Seong-pil Cho, Vice President of Mezoo; “Digital Healthcare and AI Semiconductors (Focusing on Domestic AI Semiconductor Technologies)” by Dong-ju Shin, CEO of Mobilint; and “On-Device AI Technology and the Outlook for the Digital Healthcare Industry” by Professor Erdenebayar of Yonsei University.
